Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Outright Ecom Inc., operating as Dropshipping Builder AI (“we”, “us”) collects on dropshippingbuilder.ai (the “Site”), why, and who we share it with. We are based in British Columbia, Canada.

1. What we collect

• What you tell us: your name, email address, phone number (with country), the niche, banners and store name you choose.
• Your store: the Shopify store address created for you, its status through the setup steps, and — if you complete the setup — the store access code you paste, which we store encrypted and use only to install your theme and products and to check your store’s status.
• Visit data: a random visitor identifier stored in a cookie, the page you arrived on, the referring site, and campaign parameters in the link you clicked (for example utm_source or an ad click id). We do not collect your precise location.
• Technical logs: our hosting provider keeps standard request logs (IP address, browser type, time) for security and debugging.

2. Why

• To create, transfer and finish setting up your store, and to show you its status on the setup page.
• To send you the course, coaching and community details that come with the store, and to answer support requests.
• To understand which pages and campaigns bring people to the Site and where they stop, so we can improve it.
• To credit the partners involved in setting up your store.

3. Who we share it with

• Shopify — your email is used to create the store that is transferred to your Shopify account. Shopify’s own privacy policy applies to your Shopify account.
• AutoDS / Build Your Store — the partner that builds the store and sources the products receives your email, store address and access code to install the theme and products, and information needed to attribute the store to our partnership. Their privacy policies apply to their services.
• Our course platform — your name, email and phone are pre-filled when you open the course so you don’t retype them.
• Our sales and support team — your name, email, phone and setup status are passed to the CRM and messaging tools we use to follow up with you about your store and the course.
• Advertising platforms — when you arrive from an ad, the ad platform’s pixel (for example Snapchat, TikTok or Meta) may receive page views and the fact that you signed up or started a plan, so the platform can measure its ads. Contact details sent this way are hashed by the pixel before they leave your browser. You can limit this with your browser’s tracking settings or the platform’s ad preferences.
• Service providers — hosting (Vercel), our database (Supabase), bot protection (Cloudflare Turnstile) and analytics. They process data on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Cookies

The Site sets a visitor-id cookie and a first-visit campaign cookie (30 days) and, during setup, a cookie that keeps your setup page working. They are not used for advertising by us. You can delete them in your browser at any time; the setup page then needs your setup link to find your store again.

5. Retention

We keep store and contact records while your store setup is active and for as long as needed to support you and to reconcile partner commissions, then delete or anonymise them. Encrypted access codes are deleted once setup is complete or on request.

6. Your rights

You can ask us to show, correct or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, by emailing support@dropshippingbuilder.ai. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights (for example under GDPR, PIPEDA or the CCPA); we honour them.

7. Children

The Site is not for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
